Chay Jackson is a life-long Texan, born in Arlington, TX, raised in Duncanville & Midlothian, and now residing in Fort Worth, TX with his lovely wife Bridget and two spoiled dogs, Jagger (German Short Hair) and Ruffles (Pekingese). Fun fact: he's also 1 of 5 brothers, which his family and friends jokingly refer to as the "The Jackson 5". 

When Chay's not busy helping manage client mineral interests as a Partner for CW Mineral Group, based out of Fort Worth, you can find him spending time with his wife, playing golf, rooting for the Texas Longhorns or any Dallas pro sports teams, traveling, or planning out next year's Christmas Party. Chay's Christmas Party is an annual GivTex charitable event that has helped provide gifts to impoverished children every Christmas for over 19 years. 

Grayland is the proud owner of Magnolia Motor Lounge in Fort Worth, the host location of GivTex & Chay's Annual Christmas Party, graciously offers his support and location to host our annual charitable event each year.

Grayland has contributed to all kinds of charities over the years but after the first year of hosting Chay's Christmas Party and seeing firsthand how impactful the event was in helping local Texas families, he knew it was time to do even more. That's why he teamed up with Chay to help form GivTex and make a TEXAS-sized difference in the local community!

Bethany, a Fort Worth native and long-time local music scene staple, has a passion for her community any the music that makes Fort Worth home. 

As part owner of Magnolia Motor Lounge, Bethany knows what an impact venues and musicians can have when raising support for those in need. “We’ve seen how people come out every year for  ‘Chay’s Christmas Party’; the energy and support for the different benefits we’ve held, it’s powerful. GiveTex is our way of maximizing our platform to give back to Texas families in need.”

When she’s not at Magnolia Motor Lounge, Bethany can be found at home in Weatherford, chasing after her two amazing boys and spending time with her husband, Joe.
